Bookkeeper - Part time Accounts All Rounder We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our rapid pace, growing team. This is a flexible part-time position suited to an experienced finance professional who enjoys managing accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to the smooth running of the business. Working closely with management, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounts functions, supporting bookkeeping activities, and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Create and issue customer invoices

Monitor customer accounts and outstanding debts

Follow up overdue invoices and manage collections in a professional manner

Process and allocate incoming payments

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies

Prepare debtor reporting and provide regular updates to management

Process accounts payable and supplier invoices as required





Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries

Assist with payroll processing and related administration

Support month-end procedures and financial reporting

About you

Previous experience in a Bookkeeping, or similar finance role

Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Experience using accounting software such as Xero (required) and Cin7 (Preferred but not mandatory)

Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills and must be able to prioritise

Robust communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers and suppliers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
