Required Skills & Experience Essential Experience • 12+ years of enterprise application management experience. • 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios. • Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications. • Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes. • Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams. • Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs. • Robust ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
