Dromana Estate is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cellar Door person to join our team.

As a key representative of our winery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences as guests taste our premium wines while learning about our vineyard and winery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with visitors at the cellar door, providing a warm and informative experience.
Conduct wine tastings, explaining flavor profiles, vineyard history, and winemaking techniques.
Assist customers with wine selections and promote sales of both wine and merchandise.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cellar door area.
Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Participate in special events and promotions hosted at the estate.




Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless operation.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or retail, preferably within the wine industry.
Knowledge of wine and an interest in learning more about viticulture and winemaking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Robust customer service orientation.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 15.0 per week
