Grill Chef Opportunity – Join Our Growing Steakhouse Team (Werribee VIC Opening Soon!)

We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand current steakhouse in Werribee, VIC (opening end of July 2026) and we’re now looking for talented Grill Chefs to join our team early and be part of the journey from the start.

This is a great opportunity to step into a full-time role at our Epping, VIC location first, where you’ll receive hands-on training, build your skills, and become a key part of the team before transitioning into the recent Werribee restaurant when it opens.

What we’re looking for:




Experience working with steaks and ribs in a restaurant or hotel setting
Strong understanding of meat cuts and cooking techniques
Ability to consistently deliver high-quality grilled dishes
Experience with sauces and condiments is highly regarded
Good plating and presentation skills
Team-focused attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Strong attention to food safety and kitchen standards
Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
