We are looking for a friendly, motivated and sales-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a varied role combining showroom sales, customer service and administration, with the prospect to become an important part of our growing operation. Key responsibilities

Assisting showroom, telephone and email customers with product enquiries Identifying sales opportunities (leads), preparing quotes and closing sales Proactively following up enquiries and outstanding quotations Processing customer leads, quotes, orders, deposits and payments Providing advice on water tanks, pumps and associated products Using Xero for accounting and administration functions Using SimPRO for customer, quotation and job management functions Supporting the Group Sales Manager,



Site Operations Manager and broader Rutherford team with general administration Maintaining a well-presented showroom including some reasonable manual handling About you

Approachable, organised, confident with customers and comfortable working in a sales workplace Good computer and administration skills Current Australian driver's licence and reliable own vehicle Previous experience with water tanks, pumps, plumbing or similar industries is a strong advantage Solid sales and customer service experience About us
