You won't sell or manage contracts. PMs and account managers handle that. You'll focus on designing and delivering identity solutions that work. What you'll do

Lead the design and delivery of identity governance solutions: lifecycle, JML, access requests, certifications and roles Run requirements sessions with clients and turn them into architecture, then build it Integrate apps and directories across the wider identity stack (Entra ID, Okta, AD, PAM, HR systems) Write transparent design docs, as-builts and options papers Mentor a small group of mid-level engineers What you'll bring

Deep, hands-on Saviynt experience, having led IGA implementations end to end rather than just contributing. Strong SailPoint (IIQ/ISC)



candidates will also be considered. Real IAM domain expertise: workflows, lifecycle states, custom rules, access reviews, RBAC/role mining and segregation of duties Sharp attention to detail. You understand the client’s stack and how everything connects. Excellent written communication, because a big part of this role is turning complex ideas into clear documents Confidence with clients, and the ability to explain technical topics in plain terms, on the fly and on a whiteboard Self-direction and accountability.
