Ace Hotel Wagga Pty Ltd operates Romano's Hotel in Wagga Wagga and seeks an experienced Head Chef to oversee a high-volume kitchen with a proud hospitality legacy. The role focuses on leadership, menu direction and operational excellence.

In this full time position you will develop seasonal menus, control costs, enforce food safety, and lead a dedicated kitchen team across busy service periods. Salary AUD 90K–100K plus superannuation reflects expertise and responsibility.
