Customer Service Officer | Full-Time Hours Monday - Friday | 4–6-week temp assignment We are currently recruiting two full-time Customer Service Officers to join a supportive and people-focused team. This is a phone-based role where you’ll spend time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, answering questions and providing a positive and qualified experience.

Unlike a traditional high-volume call centre, conversations can be more detailed, giving you the opportunity to genuinely engage with customers and provide meaningful support.

The role:

Providing friendly and professional customer service over the phone

Managing inbound customer enquiries and providing clear, helpful information

Taking the time to understand individual customer needs and circumstances

Asking relevant questions and gathering required information

Working through customer queries and helping resolve issues





Accurately updating customer records and completing associated administration

Liaising with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right support

Delivering a consistently positive customer experience

About you:

Previous customer service, contact centre or phone-based experience

Warm, confident and professional communication skills

Strong active listening and relationship-building skills

Comfortable managing longer, detailed customer conversations

Patient and empathetic in your approach

Strong administration and data entry skills

Excellent attention to detail

This would be a outstanding prospect for someone who enjoys customer interaction and building rapport, rather than simply working through a high volume of short calls.
