Food & Beverage Attendants – Clocktower Hotel, Grafton

Enjoy hospitality, meeting new people and making guests feel welcome? Clocktower Hotel in Grafton is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

We’re after friendly, reliable people who enjoy working in a busy venue and care about creating a excellent experience for every guest. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What you’ll be doing

Working across our bistro and floor areas, you’ll help keep service running smoothly by:
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
Taking food and drink orders
Running meals and clearing tables




Keeping dining and service areas clean and presentable
Supporting your teammates during busy service periods
Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

What we’re looking for
Enthusiasm for hospitality and a genuine interest in looking after guests
A friendly personality and confidence chatting with customers
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability and a hands-on approach
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential
Valid NSW RSA
