Casual Position | 3–4 Days Per Week | 5:00am Starts

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Café Cook / All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

We're a busy neighbourhood café serving breakfast, lunch and a selection of freshly made baked goods.

We're looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, has a valuable understanding of baking and is happy to work as part of a small, hands-on team where everyone helps each other.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard
Preparing and baking cakes, slices, muffins and other café baked goods
Assisting with food preparation, presentation and daily kitchen operations
Making coffee and assisting with customer service when required
Taking orders, serving customers and clearing tables
Maintaining a clean,



organised kitchen and café
Working together with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For
Previous café cooking experience is essential
Baking knowledge and practical baking experience are essential
Ability to work independently and confidently in the kitchen
A positive attitude and willingness to assist in all areas of the café
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Barista experience highly regarded
Formal chef qualifications are not required

Pay: $55,400.00 – $85,700.00 per year
