Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items. biryanis, and snacks. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage kitchen operations during service hours. Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow. Follow all food safety and workplace health guidelines.
