Wildfire Bartenders is a mobile cocktail bar based on the Northern Beaches. We run the bar at weddings, birthdays and corporate events all over Sydney, with fresh, made-to-order cocktails and a crew that guests talk about the next day.

We're growing fast and need Event Leads: experienced bartenders who can own a night from setup to pack down.

What you'll do
Run the bar on the night and lead a crew of 1 to 4 bartenders
Be the client's go-to on the day: arrive, set up, keep service moving, sort problems before anyone notices
Make great cocktails rapid, and keep the bar clean, secure and on brand
Pack down, check the gear back in and submit hours through our crew app

What you'll bring
Current NSW RSA
Solid cocktail bar experience, and time leading a bar or a team




Calm under pressure and positive with people
Reliable own transport (events across Sydney, often finishing late)
Available most weekends, especially through spring and summer

What you get
$60 per hour plus super, casual
Paid weekly
Regular weekend work through the busy season, with more as we grow
A small, tight crew and a real say in how we do things
