As the Beer Garden Manager at The Firehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venues beer garden operations and drinks programs. This full time role is based in Ringwood with a focus on the beer garden (150pax) and garage bar (80pax). This space is in significant growth (+30%) year on year and has the potential to double in the next 12-18months

The Beer Garden manager will be involved leading all bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitability for the business.

What you'll be doing
Manage the daily operations of the garage bar, ensuring productive and excellent customer service
Develop and implement strategies to improve bar performance, increase revenue and control costs
Recruit,



train and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
Maintain accurate inventory, ordering and stock control procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
Liaise with the management team to identify and implement service improvements
Foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the bar team
Reporting to the venue manager

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
