With a focus on international trade and supply chain efficiency, we are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our Sydney office. The Role: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Develop business opportunities across international freight forwarding (air, sea, customs, warehousing, logistics).
Prepare and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth prospects.
Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
Advanced use of CargoWise.




Assist other departments and support team development as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in operations/account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
Solid understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and freight operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.
