Z Protection Services is recruiting experienced and professional crowd controllers for ongoing work at a busy licensed venue in Melbourne CBD.

We are looking for confident, reliable individuals with solid crowd management skills, excellent presentation and proven experience working in licensed environments.

Position Details
Location: Melbourne CBD
Employment: Casual
Pay: Level 3 Casual Award Rates, including applicable penalty rates
Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
Availability: Must be available to work all three nights, including late finishes.
Work: Regular ongoing weekend shifts

Essential Requirements
Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Previous experience in nightclubs, bars or licensed venues
Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and confidently




Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Qualified presentation, punctuality and reliability
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow venue procedures
