We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced team member to join our sushi team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and make fresh sushi daily.
Assist with ingredient preparation and food handling.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Restock ingredients and keep sushi displays tidy and well-presented.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Assist at other store locations when required.

Requirements
Previous sushi-making experience is required.
Basic English communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Flexibility to work at other store locations when needed.

Position Details
Full time position.
Primarily based at our Mount Eliza store.
May be required to assist at other store locations depending on business needs.
Must be flexible with working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
