We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, organised, and effective kitchen workplace. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all items are properly cleaned and stored
Dispose of rubbish and recycling correctly
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Restock ingredients and supplies as required
Support chefs during busy service periods
Ensure general organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
