We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Transport Scheduler to join our team based in our Harvey office. This position plays a key role in coordinating the protected, effective and reliable movement of our drivers and fleet.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to various bookings following operational workflow.
Plan and coordinate transport schedule routes for freight from customer sites and depot.
Allocate drivers, vehicles and loads to meet customer and operational requirements.
Communicate effectively with drivers throughout the day and provide support when schedules change.
Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, changes and operational requirements.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected operational issues.
Ensure transport activities are undertaken in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant legislation.





ABOUT YOU
Prior experience in transport scheduling, logistics or fleet coordination preferable.
Broad knowledge of Western Australia's geographical regions and associated logistical considerations.
Solid time management skills and can confidently manage multiple competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build robust working relationships with drivers, staff and customers.
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems when circumstances change.
MR or HR licence preferable and willingness to help out with deliveries.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
