I am working with a number of clients to find Commercial HVAC Installers looking to join leading companies in Sydney.

We’re seeking motivated and skilled installers to work on large-scale commercial fit-outs, offices, retail, hospitals, and government buildings and everything in between throughout the Sydney area.

Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and commissioning commercial HVAC systems including ducted, VRV/VRF, chilled water, and ventilation systems- any experience in commercial will be excellent
Interpreting mechanical drawings and working to specifications
Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
Ensuring all installations meet Australian Standards, WHS, and client quality requirements

You will have:
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)



or experience in installation within HVAC
Current ARCtick licence
NSW Driver’s Licence
Construction White Card
Commercial HVAC installation experience
Robust understanding of ductwork, copper pipework, and system layouts
Reliable, safety-conscious, and excellent with teamwork
