Cays Engineering is seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver to join our Transport Team based in Mandurah, WA. This full time role involves delivering fabricated steel from our workshop to project sites and sub-contractors across the Perth metro area. You’ll play a key role in the transport of oversize and irregular (“ugly”) loads, working with a skilled and supportive team.

About the role

Secure and effective loading and unloading of trucks and trailers, delivering steel components to sites, suppliers, and sub-contractors while adhering to Main Roads WA operating conditions and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.

Ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship at all times

About you
HC Licence (minimum requirement)
Forklift Licence (LF)
Knowledge of Main Roads regulations and Fatigue Management compliance
Experience with oversize load movements
A strong safety-first attitude and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to take direction
Physically fit and willing to assist with loading tasks
Experience with steel cartage and loading (highly regarded)
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol screenings
