We are looking to bring onboard a reliable, easy to get along with person who will manage our 50 room motel in Goulburn, you will have previous experience in managing a motel/hotel and have an understanding of what is required of a motel/hotel manager. We need someone who is friendly by nature and understands what it means to be hospitable with the guests. You will need to have a positive attitude and problem solving skills. The role is very unique especially in terms of the benefits that we are providing. So we will only hire an honest and a genuine person. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Front Desk with a warm and a hospitable attitude
Oversee housekeeping schedules and invoicing
Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours
Supervise housekeeping staff and assist as needed
Overlooking daily property maintenance
Ensuring safety compliance
Have excellent customer service skills and the skill to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow company procedures.
Knowledge of PMS and channel management systems
Staying motivated to exceed sales targets and working within the budget
Prior motel management experience IS A MUST
Solid leadership and attention to detail
Latest police check
Work authorization for Australia
