About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service and Maintenance Electrician to join our Perth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who not only possesses robust technical expertise but also has the leadership qualities to guide a team and the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and service work while mentoring team members and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standard across commercial and/or residential properties
Communicate effectively with clients to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and provide professional recommendations
Build and maintain solid client relationships through excellent customer service and professionalism
Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions efficiently
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records, job reports, and documentation




Coordinate with office staff and other team members to ensure smooth job delivery

$60 per month phone allowance

Skills & Experience
Full Australian working rights
WA electrical license
Current driver's license
Construction industry white card
Excellent customer service with excellent communication skills
