ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle handover. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines customer service, coordination and problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
Manage service bookings and repair appointments
Prepare repair orders and coordinate workshop activities
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Provide service estimates and explain recommended repairs
Liaise with technicians, parts and management teams
Conduct vehicle handovers and explain completed work




Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and workshop efficiency

ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role
Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
Has strong organisational and time management skills
Communicates confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
Works well in a team workplace
Is qualified, reliable and well presented
Has strong computer skills and can manage multiple priorities
Experience with Era Power DMS will be highly regarded
Holds a current SA Driver's Licence and can obtain a National Police Check
