About the role

Pizza Shop is a busy 100 seat restaurant in Clifton Hill, 5 minutes walk from the train station. We are looking to hire for multiple positions.

A section chef who is comfortable working on the pans and running the pass and pizza makers as we head into the busier summer months. With an interest in Italian/Mediterranean cooking, using seasonal produce and the chance to create specials and learn all things pizza!

The pizza is the focus at Pizza Shop but we offer a selection of snacks, sides and sweets to complement the pizzas. This is a unique prospect to do what you want with the Pans kitchen menu and work closely with the Head Chef on specials and current menu items.

Full time & part time available

Key responsibilities
Creation of weekly specials
Working with the Head Chef on menu development
Working autonomously in the pasta and pan's kitchen
Work alongside a friendly, supportive team
Daily ordering

About you
Interest in Italian/mediterranean cooking
Ability to work autonomously
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Pizza experience preferred
