About the Role

Own the full sales cycle - prospecting to close - selling Podium's AI platform to SMB decision-makers. A ramping quota over your first 5 months, with structured coaching, live deal support and demo certification, sets you up to move into a full Account Executive role.

Duties
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
Run consultative discovery calls with business owners
Deliver tailored product demos of Podium's AI platform
Negotiate and close deals end to end
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Skills & Experience
12+ months in an SDR/BDR or similar pipeline role (SaaS), OR 12+ months in a closing role (any industry)
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Confident, self-generated outbound prospecting skills
Solid discovery and objection-handling ability
Coachable, organised,



and comfortable with senior stakeholders
