What you’ll be doing
Coordinate inbound and outbound containers and rail movements
Manage container locations, bookings and export lists
Liaise with customers, transport providers and rail operators
Monitor refrigerated containers and maintain accurate records
Use systems including Maximus, 1-Stop and TMS
Support daily rail operations, train schedules and operational planning
Maintain compliance with rail safety requirements and site procedures

What we’re looking for




Experience in transport, logistics or rail operations preferred
Strong computer skills and confidence using operational systems
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and customer service
A current driver’s licence
Ability to meet ABF compliance requirements, including a explicit criminal history
Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required
