Location: Brocklehurst NSW

Total Package: $77,800 per year ($65,000 Base Salary + 12% Superannuation + Highly qualified candidate will receive $ 5,000/year Regional Living Allowance after Probation)

About the Prospect
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and commercially minded QSR Manager to lead a quick-paced restaurant operation.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth, compliance, and team development while maintaining high standards and performance across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day hands-on operation (approximately 90% floor-based operational involvement)
Lead, coach, develop and maintain a high-performing team.
Deliver sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction.
Undertake budgeting and business planning activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience managing people
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fast Food, QSR, Hospitality, Retail or Restaurant Management position.
Proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs
Solid leadership and communication skills
Current Driver's Licence
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Must have)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
At least 24 months of visa
