About the role

Key responsibilities
Manage a select portfolio of residential properties
Provide personalized experience for clients and tenants
Work independently with excellent time management skills
Demonstrate strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats

About you
Minimum five years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration
Must hold an Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain straight away
Valid driver's license and readiness to obtain a real estate license promptly
Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
Proficient computer and administration skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills




Strong work ethic and keen willingness to learn
Communicates well, enjoys working with people, and brings positive energy
