We are a busy medical clinic in the Innerwest.

We're looking for outgoing, friendly candidate who wants a customer facing and focused role with previous medical reception experience.

The role includes
greeting and helping patients
answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests
calling patients who require follow up appointments or for any other reason required by doctors
communication with other medical facilities
recording accounts paid and those still payable
assisting with keeping the centre looking tidy
Medicare/DVA claiming

The ideal candidate would
have at least 1 years medical reception experience;
be familiar with general practice medical software such as Pracsoft
have excellent communication skills
high level of attention to detail




strong interpersonal skills
robust organisation and work flow management skills
warm manners and positive attitude

administration roles of all kinds
supervisory roles in hospitality
supervisory roles in retail

We require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team and a positive work setting and flexible schedule.
