Impact Care Solutions provides therapeutic, child-protected support to young people in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC). This role offers Full-Time, Part time and Casual opportunities in Western Sydney residential programs.

You will deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based care, building protected relationships, supporting routines, and applying de-escalation strategies. Requires 2+ years in OOHC and related qualifications, with mandatory checks and a driver license.
