IMC Trading is seeking an enthusiastic HR Operations Manager for a 14-month contract to lead the APAC HR Operations across Sydney, Hong Kong and Korea. You will manage a Sydney-based team and own the employee lifecycle, driving mobility and immigration initiatives as IMC moves top talent globally.

The role requires hands-on leadership, robust stakeholder engagement and a focus on quality, delivery and cost optimization within a high-performing global trading firm.
