Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (showering, dressing,



grooming, toileting)
Support mobility and transfers
Assist with mealtimes
Provide companionship
Observe and report changes
Maintain progress notes
Follow care plans
Assist with bed making, laundry
Support activities
Adhere to infection control and manual handling

Requirements
Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Min 6 months experience
Genuine compassion
Valuable communication
Physical fitness
Valid National Police Check
Valid working rights
Current flu vaccination
COVID-19 vaccinations

Desirable
Dementia care experience
First Aid/CPR
Manual handling cert
