Responsibilities
Assist with posting job advertisements across multiple platforms
Screen CVs and applications, shortlisting candidates for review
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accurate reporting
Support hiring managers with administrative recruitment tasks
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding process
Assist with onboarding tasks as needed
Support coordination of training programs and maintain training records
Support ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks

Working Location: Mascot Airport (Travel Allowance will be provided)

Requirements:




Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferred; fresh graduate is also welcome
Robust organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek)
A proactive and flexible attitude with a solid sense of teamwork
At least 3 days / 24 hours per week
