Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is hiring a Guest Services Officer to welcome guests at check-in, assist during their stay and at departure, and ensure exceptional service. The role lies in the Rooms Division, reporting to the Front Desk Manager, with a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.

You will provide outstanding customer service, handle reservations and inquiries, and respond to guest requests while upholding Four Seasons standards.
