Base salary plus bonus, negotiable based on experience & track record.

Key responsibilities
Take current clients from first conversation through to implemented advice
Lead fact finds and strategy, and brief our paraplanning team
Present advice with confidence and guide clients through implementation
Grow and look after your ongoing client book through reviews and further advice
Mentor and support newer advisers as the team grows
Work closely with EA's, associates and paraplanners to keep files compliant and moving

About you
Registration as a relevant provider on the Financial Advisers Register,



meeting the education and exam standards
4 years' experience giving holistic advice across super, investments, retirement and insurance
A track record of building strong client relationships and growing revenue
A clean compliance record
Real ambition and an appetite for a fast-paced, high-volume practice
Xplan experience
Open to automation, plus
Full working rights in Australia
