G’day Group in Australia seeks a hands-on Relief Manager to work across 17 Discovery Parks locations in WA, SA, QLD and the NT. You’ll step in to lead daily operations across work-stay villages, ensuring smooth running in the absence of the Park Manager and traveling between sites as required.

Rosters may vary with patterns such as 5:2, 10:4 or 14:7. You’ll oversee village operations, manage staff rosters, monitor labour and budgets, conduct handover reviews, and support guest care while
