About the Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacists and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription dispensing
Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Manage patient orders and enquiries
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Support the smooth operation of the dispensary
Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with the wider pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient service

About You

You are a motivated and reliable qualified who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency and customer service.

Essential Criteria:




Previous experience in a pharmacy environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and positive attitude

Highly Regarded:
Previous dispensary experience
Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy
Experience with Minfos, Fred or similar dispensing software
Experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting
