About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader. Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

Key responsibilities
Provide Personal Care support
Support Community Access activities
Provide In house supports
Complete shifts varying between 8am - 5pm Monday – Sunday, duration between 2hrs – 6hrs

About you
An enthusiastic and friendly outlook
A compassionate and empathetic demeanour
Solid listening and communication skills, along with patience
Excellent relationship-building skills
The ability to maintain explicit skilled boundaries
Willing to obtain Working with Children's Check
Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)
Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
