/n Airnorth has an exciting chance for a Customer Contact Consultant to join our team. /n Reporting to the Reservations and Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service. /n RESPONSIILITIES: /n /n
Processing bookings and issuing tickets to meet our customers’ requests including our corporate clients;

/n
Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners;

/n
Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website;

/n
Ensuring reservations-related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly;

/n
Processing of pre-paid excess baggage;

/n
Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays.

Excellent time management and communication skills

High level of customer service delivery

Data entry experience

/n
Willingness to work within a team workplace

Enthusiasm and confidence

Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded.
