The dealership represents leading automotive brands and has a strong reputation for customer service, community involvement and business performance.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, leading the Sales, Service, Parts and Administration teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Drive business growth, profitability and operational performance
Oversee all dealership departments and daily operations
Build a strong customer-focused culture
Monitor budgets, targets and key performance indicators




Develop relationships with customers, manufacturers and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance, safety and operational standards are maintained

About You
Previous experience in vehicle sales and service
Proven leadership experience within the automotive industry
Robust commercial and financial acumen
A track record of driving performance and achieving results
Excellent people leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with a passion for developing teams
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
