Harcourts Launceston is one of Tasmania's largest and most dynamic Harcourts offices. We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated professional to support our General Manager in a Business Operations capacity.

This is a key part time role suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys proactive problem-solving, and can comfortably manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Administrative & Operational Support: Providing high-level executive assistance directly to the General Manager.
Operations Management: Managing schedules, correspondence, and day-to-day business operations tasks.
Process & Reporting: Assisting with reporting, documentation, and operational process coordination.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising professionally with internal staff, high-value clients, and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualified Image & Communication: Clear, professional communicator with high standards of personal presentation appropriate for a corporate real estate environment.
Tech Savvy: Confident across the Microsoft Suite (Outlook,



Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to adapt to current systems or operational software.
Organisation & Detail: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks unsupervised.
Adaptability: Able to juggle competing priorities and adapt smoothly to shifting deadlines.
Industry Experience: Real estate experience and/or a current real estate licence is highly advantageous (though not essential for the right candidate).

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY:

Approx. 16 hours per week to start, with flexibility around working days and hours for the right candidate.

REMUNERATION:

Competitive rate based on skills and experience.
