Oji Foodservice Packaging is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Office Junior to join our team. You'll work across every part of the business – Customer Service, Administration and Dispatch – and build skills that set you up for a long-term career.

What you'll be doing
Answering phone calls and emails from customers, and taking and entering orders
Helping customers with order updates, delivery times and simple queries
Data entry, filing, scanning and keeping records up to date
Preparing and checking invoices, delivery dockets and paperwork
Passing orders and updates between the office and dispatch team
Following up on deliveries, shortages and returns
Helping out wherever the team needs a hand

What we're looking for
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

clear communication on the phone and in person
Valuable attention to detail and basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a team
No experience needed – full training provided
