Our Client

Our client is a global investment bank advising on complex M&A; and capital markets transactions, including cross-border mandates. The firm wish to appoint an Analyst / Associate to their prolific Nat Res coverage team.

The Chance A hands-on role offering direct involvement across the full m&a; transaction lifecycle from origination through to execution. Working closely with senior bankers you will lead financial analysis and drive transaction workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Build and sensitise financial models and valuations
Prepare pitches, presentations and transaction materials
Analyse companies, industries and new transaction prospects
Drive transaction execution and due diligence




Advise on client solutions alongside senior bankers

About You

You will bring
3 years’ M&A; or valuation experience within investment banking or corporate advisory
Outstanding academic credentials
Advanced financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills
Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
The ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities
Initiative, leadership and a team-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and professional integrity
An understanding of global capital markets and cross-border M&A;
