About the role

This role is primarily focused on caravan assembly, preparation and general yard operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good problem-solving skills and takes pride in getting things done properly.

Key responsibilities
Assemble and fit caravan components, accessories and fittings.
Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare caravans for customer handovers.
Perform minor adjustments, repairs and basic troubleshooting.
Identify and help resolve easy mechanical, electrical or plumbing issues within your experience.
Assist with caravan movements, deliveries and general yard operations.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working setting.
Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure caravans are ready for customers.

About you




Positive hands-on skills and confidence using basic hand and power tools.
Experience in caravan assembly, automotive, trailer manufacturing, mechanical fitting or similar work is preferred.
Basic understanding of caravan systems and components is an advantage.
Able to identify problems and work towards practical solutions.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Physically capable of carrying out hands-on assembly work.
A valid driver's licence is preferred.
