Run like a graduate program, this role is designed as a launchpad. You'll gain your RG146 qualification in your first four weeks, spend time across the wider business and build the foundations for a long-term career in BDM, Account Management or Sales.

Key responsibilities
Supporting retail CFD and share trading clients by phone, email and live chat
Resolving queries on trading platforms,



accounts and products quickly and accurately
Acting as the voice of the brand and building long-term client loyalty
Keeping across global markets and sharing insights with clients and the team
Building relationships across the business through structured tasters with other teams
Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience

Hiring criteria
Recent graduate in finance, economics, commerce, business or a related field
Genuine passion for markets; personal trading or CFD experience is highly regarded
Confident, polite and articulate communicator
Composed and resilient in a quick-paced, high-pressure setting
Team player who thrives on the camaraderie of a busy trading floor
Ambitious to move into sales, with the commitment to stay and progress
Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
