Your Reformer in Mornington VIC is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role is part time with hybrid work options in Australia and work from home possible.

You will provide hands-on P&C; support across performance management, culture, reward and recognition, and policy compliance. You will also administer Learning & Development, including managing the LMS to ensure consistent training across Australia, the US and UK/EU, supporting leaders
