Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) invites applications for a Case Manager in Specialist Homelessness Services in Western Sydney. The role focuses on client-centered case management, housing navigation and practical supports to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

You will assess needs, develop tailored support plans, advocate for clients and partner with housing providers, government agencies and community services to secure protected, reliable housing and outcomes.
