We're looking for a genuine hospitality leader to help us build the next chapter of The Forge.

We're not looking for someone who simply manages a roster or keeps the doors open.

We want someone who loves hospitality, leads from the floor, develops good people and knows how to create a memorable experience for every customer.

You'll take ownership of our front-of-house operations at Armstrong Street, including:
Leading and developing our FOH team
Building atmosphere, energy and outstanding service
Driving food and beverage sales
Managing service standards, rosters and labour performance
Working closely with our kitchen team
Access to excellent management and AI tools

We're looking for someone with proven restaurant leadership experience, robust commercial awareness and a genuine pride in hospitality.

This is an prospect to make a real impact on an established Ballarat venue as we invest in its next chapter.
