Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.

Answer customer enquiries and provide information on services and appointments.

Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless experience.

Work closely with internal teams to achieve the best customer outcomes.

Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, healthcare, banking, administration or contact centres.
n
A confident and friendly phone manner.
n
A genuine passion for helping people.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.
