Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This position oversees day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. The role supports internal communication between departments, maintains accurate records, and assists with scheduling, documentation, and reporting. The Operations Coordinator also contributes to continuous process improvements,



supports customer service with operational queries, and ensures compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications
Solid Operations Management skills, including coordination of production, logistics, and inventory processes.
Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Customer Service experience, with a focus on resolving operational issues and supporting client needs.
Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as data entry, documentation, scheduling, and record keeping.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in operational workflows.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a rapid-paced setting.
Proficiency with common office software and ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in food manufacturing is mandatory
Relevant qualification in business, operations, logistics, or a similar field preferred.
